FSA/HSA Balances!
As the year draws to a close, we’ll be taking a look at how you can make the most of the services that we offer here at the clinic. We do our best to make healthcare as accessible as possible and one of the ways we do so is through the acceptance of Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). If you have one of these you’re most likely familiar for them, but for those who are not here is a quick run down. HSA’s serve as a type of savings account that lets you set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified medical expenses. FSA’s come as a benefit package from an employer and the expenses you pay for are the same as HSA’s with the downside being that any money you have left that isn’t spent by the end of the year is lost unless you have a rollover option.
How do FSA accounts work?
FSA benefits are accepted just like running a debit card. Just like other medical expenses such as primary care co-pays, pharmacy fees, etc., FSA benefits are more than welcome to cover your needs.
Not everyone has FSA benefits, check with your employer if you have any questions!
Posted below are some resources regarding FSA accounts.

With all that in mind our clinic accepts payments through these types of accounts. Booking an appointment with us during the time remaining this year lets you make use of any remaining funds before they clear at the year’s end. A visit to our office is also a good way for us to help you start the year off right if your New Year’s resolution is to work on your health and body or deal with pain you’ve been having.

If you have any additional questions about how we handle costs here at the clinic then please feel free to ask next time you stop by, shoot us an email/message, or give us a call! As always, see you next time and have a great rest of your week!
